Netasure, LLC. ("Company") strives to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of satisfaction described on our website. You're eligible for a refund within 30 days if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on Netasure's part or if the service doesn't meet your expectations.

Please note that Netasure is permitted to have a 'Final Sale' policy on setup fees only. If you are ordering a plan with a setup fee, please understand that this setup fee is a 'Final Sale' and not eligible for refund. Please choose a plan carefully. Order a plan with a setup fee only if this policy is acceptable to you.

Issue:
1. Service Issue/Service Not As Described/Damaged

You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, if your return request is submitted within 30 days of original payment submission.

2. Partial Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the service, you can negotiate a partial refund with the company for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Partial refunds can be issued in the form of future month vouchers, or service level addons. Please note that while you may request a partial refund, the company is not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, may prefer that you discontinue service instead.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Customer notifies Netasure of desire to cancel service within 30 days of signing up
  2. Customer submits electronic payment receipt for amount paid to cs@netasure.com
  3. Email with receipts must be received within 30 days of customer sign up
  4. Refunds may take up to two business weeks to process
  5. Customer agrees that Netasure is not responsible for any additional fees, such as bank fees, credit card fees, interest charges, etc.


Netasure will also keep you updated throughout the process by e-mail.

Your refund will be processed to your credit card once the company receives and completes processing your refund request. We recommend that you plan on 2-8 weeks for refund processing.
